Murcia
is Spain’s smallest autonomous region and boasts a wealth

Ministry of Tourism and Commerce figures show the growing popularity
of this region with traffic at San Javier airport up by almost
23% to two million. This supports the local economy, which
has enjoyed a 30% increase in tourist spending. In the first
quarter of 2007, 20% of properties sold in Murcia were bought
by foreigners. This makes Murcia a sound investment and a thriving
community.
